Tennessee, Unites States — A 19-year-old girl arrested for a driving offense was carrying a revolver inside her vagina, according to the local police.
On Monday, Dallas J. Archer was arrested in Tennessee for driving with a suspended license, after her mother claimed she assaulted her the previous day.
During a routine search in jail, a female corrections officer detected an "unknown object" in the young woman's groin area. Upon further examination, a loaded North American Arms .22LR revolver was recovered from her vagina.
The 22-clabre, five-shot mini-revolver measures about 10 cm in length and is about 8 cm tall. The one in Archer's possession was stolen during a 2013 auto theft.
Archer is now facing felony charges for gun possession and introducing contraband into a penal facility. She has been released on $6,000 bail.
Cases like this are not rare not only throughout the world, but in Nigeria, too. In early April, a 36-year-old woman was apprehended by NDLEA at Lagos airport for hiding 685g of cocaine inside her vagina.
