PHOTOS: Beyonce Shows-Off Her Curves in a See-Through Dress at Album Party

Beyonce had a party to celebrate the release of her new album. It took place at New York's School of Visual Arts Theatre on December 21, 2013, Saturday.
Beyonce stepped out in a see-through black mini Tom Ford dress with matching thigh-high boots.
