The Apapa - Oshodi Expressway at (Sunrise Bus-stop), finally caved in today Oct 3rd. Only the service lane is now accessible, coupled with so many trucks plying that route, motorists now spend an average of 2-3hrs to get to work every morning. It's a federal road, so they should do something about it, it's getting really crazy.
